CANCELLATION POLICY

I totally understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least a 24 hour notice so I have the opportunity to fill your appointment time. Policy is subject to change varying case by case, at the very least please communicate with me so we can work together! You can reach me at (402) 819-9377. 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee Less than 24 hours notice: A fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service(s) will be charged No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Running late: A 5 minute grace period is allowed but anything more than that may require us to modify or reschedule your appointment due to it affecting my ability to service my other clients. Please communicate with me and I will accommodate you as best I can. If last-minute cancellations or no-shows become a recurring pattern, I may require future appointments to be paid in full at the time of booking.
